In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Protection of Personal Data and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data is processed by Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan (hereinafter referred to as the β€œCompany”) under the conditions outlined below.

II. Methods and Legal Reasons of Collecting Personal Data
This statement informs you that video surveillance cameras are in operation 24/7 throughout the Company's premises, including: building entrances and exits, exterior areas, corridors, lobby, reception, elevators, restaurant, cafΓ©, parking area, event venues, service areas, and other public zones.

The system records video images of individuals and objects within view and stores them securely. Camera recordings are processed for the following legal reasons:
  • To fulfill legal obligations (e.g., prevent unauthorized access, ensure information security)
  • Based on the legitimate interest of the Company (e.g., workplace safety and rule enforcement)
  • Where required by applicable legislation (e.g., national security, labor law, workplace safety law)

III. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The visual data collected through the video surveillance system may be processed for the following purposes:
  • Protecting individuals, guests, employees, assets, and facilities from threats, theft, or damage
  • Ensuring the physical security of hotel premises and monitoring for safety violations
  • Maintaining infrastructure and operational continuity
  • Recording and monitoring entries/exits of employees, guests, and visitors
  • Complying with occupational health and safety procedures
  • Fire prevention and disaster management
  • Supporting emergency response efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and incident investigations

IV. Transfer of Personal Data
The Company handles all data transfers in accordance with the principles of data minimization, confidentiality, and necessity. To achieve the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data (such as camera footage) may be transferred to:
